Facility Overview

The design of Dubway’s fourth and newest facility reflects 40 years of studio experience, with an emphasis on versatility, acoustics, and style.

The parlour floor Chelsea Studios boast an 1000 square foot footprint, and 14 foot ceilings – a beautiful tracking space, ideal for large ensembles. Comfortable and conveniently located on West 24 Street.

The Main Floor Studios include three control rooms and three sound rooms, interlinked via audio and video to allow for complete flexibility with recording, editing, and mixing. Sleek architectural design and contemporary original art throughout make it a bright and engaging place to work. Also easily accessible - on East 4th Street, off Broadway in Manhattan.

Both spaces are easily accessible by mass transit and by car.
